The standard of food and hygiene was of a high standard. And I'm definitely going back again. A place Vegetarian options: Love the veg options x Dietary restrictions: Clearly labelled Kid-friendliness: Great friendly environment for the kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Everyone is welcomed with access for wheelchair users.
Food was fresh and tasty and customer service is perfect, girl she served us she was very nice and polite and she make sure we get perfect meals and customer service.
Rude asian young lady and food is disgusting better of going fillings cant go wrong value for money and taste is 10/10
I went to subway the customer service wasn't the greatest one of the worker named ruksa she looked like she didn't want to service me and my subway wasn't wrapped good and it looked untidy and rushed .
A standard subway franchise, the staff or poorly trained and the store front itself often has youth loitering outside which hurt and cause problems for people who pass by or purchase from this store. The staff themsevles take little to no care or respect for their jobs, and are clearly over worked too. The management is poor. I have witnessed in the past some employees sneezing on breads in the back of the store, on top of this, one of the girls often finds a blind spot and sits on her phone all day while the other member(s) of staff do the work. The seating area is often unclean and the food quality is poor, with even plastic being found in the lettuce. The level of service changes as there seems to be high turn over rates here. You will notice staff are bad at changing their gloves and bad at cleaning.
I noticed that the tool used to mead the chicken was not full and when politely asking for a bit more I was told there is an extra charge. The person serving in front of me served the meats and salad’s with same gloves.
