Great customer service and food!

There are a lot of very old reviews here that don’t reflect the excellence of this franchise that I’ve been using regularly for the last year. Jyoti and Jinal are usually on shift when I visit and they are both consummate professionals, friendly and helpful. I do often use other Subway franchises around Birmingham, but this one, in particularly for speed, hygiene and customer service stands out above all others.

order online 2 meal deal :one footlong and a drink missing . Phone the shop told me i put it in there . i can remade it but you have to collect it . try to explain i cannot leave work and i paid for delivery and service and he reply sorry not my fault if driver ate your order. very disgusting attitude and not helpful now have to spend the day without food.
