Being a vegetarian felt uncomfortable and how they keep touching salads with meat hands and throwing them back in the box. It put me off. No standards of dietary or allergies as keep picking and throwing salads and touching meat on the bread.

Best subway in Birmingham I am a taxi driver I tried many subway but this the best subway .I made so many visits here always same service and food...5 stars

Great food and great service and a great price

My recent visit to this Subway restaurant was incredibly disappointing. Despite arriving well before the posted closing time on Sunday at 4 pm, the staff, an Asian man and a girl, abruptly denied my order, claiming the restaurant was closed. To my surprise, they proceeded to serve the person in front of me. When I inquired about the closure, the male staff member was extremely arrogant and dismissive, displaying unprofessional behavior that left me feeling disrespected as a customer. This incident reflects poorly on the service quality and professionalism at this establishment. I regretfully rate this experience as 0/10 and cannot recommend this Subway branch based on this encounter.

Had to repeat myself numerous times as the assistant was too busy talking to their colleague. As for the sub, half eaten and thrown away. Dryer than Oscar Wilde. As for the nachos, four times I had to repeat myself, still got it wrong. MUST do better.

Terrible food. I got sick and had a severe diarrhea right after having their wrap. Chicken taste like they were bad and the sauces were terrible, this really raised my concerns for food safety in Birmingham. I wouldn’t even give 1 star for this.

Very bad employees who do not respect customers, and I hope you change your disrespectful employee (prabh)
