Subway

This Subway used to be good but they have seriously declined. My bread was stale and ranch dressing had no flavor - seemed like it had been watered down. Will not go here again

This location continues to fail on a regular basis. I guess it is on me for going back, I just figure that they eventually would get their stuff together. If I place an online order can you please actually read the order? Ordered 4 sandwiches and out of the 4 only 1 was right. (the ham and cheese with nothing else on it) ordered 3 cookies and only got 1. Ordered 3 chips and got 2. What the hell are you people doing? Read!!!

I was there on 1/19/24. There was a line of customers and only one person working, Ryan, this young man did the best that he could do. I wasn't upset at the wait, I was more upset that subway let him work by himself on the weekend. Ryan made my 3 sandwiches just the way that I ordered them. I gave him a generous tip and was on my way. Kudos to Ryan

So I just left this establishment and the person that was at the front named Ryan was not very respectful to the customers that came in after me that had a big order but Miranda stepped in and help the customers I'm an Uber driver by trait and the disrespect that he gave them I wouldn't tolerate so I want to command Miranda for stepping in and helping the customers but Ryan needs to be more personable and don't say they need to call ahead for a big order he just needs to do it

I go there for the food. Period.

I'm updating my review of Subway Bella Vista on 5/16. The last review was stellar this one, not so much. I have been a huge fan of Subway for a long time. I always, and I mean, always get the footlong Tuna. Every single time without fail. It always comes with 4 scoops of Tuna. Well, the young man that served me only put 3. I asked him, and he insisted that it only comes with 3. He said he would add the "additional scoop but didn't. A lot of you will say what's the big deal. It is only a scoop. But if it were just my sandwich fine but if he does it to every sandwich. A slice of meat here or there it becomes a lot. I don't blame the young man unless he's taken upon himself or it could be a training issue. Either way, I'm not happy about it. I usually go to the Subway on Walton and Central, never an issue there. I think I'll continue to go there even though Bella Vista is closer. I expect better. I do not recommend the Bella Vista location. Another point. When you ask Google how many scoops come on a footlong tuna?. 4 scoops. Just sayin I've tried a few times to discuss this on the phone with the store manager, but they seem unable to answer the phone. Here's another issue. Called the store again, and someone finally answered. Here's their response. No manager on shift, nomanager running the store and no idea how to get in touch with the franchise owner and more troubling. Corporate won't answer either. All.automated. now I'm debating whether I'll ever eat at Subway again. All.i got is "wow".
