Just started visiting Subway and always have had a great experience

Wheat bread was terrible.Ithink it was from last year.I didn't enjoy it at all.

The lady with reddish hair was very rude and sucks at her job she should think about working somewhere else honestly. Their app needs fixed because all it does is waste my time. But when I got there after ordering my sandwich she said “we cant do anything about it but give you a refund” which I did not mind except how rude she was even though she’s the problem not me. After that I got my sandwich and went home but only to find out they messed up my order. So I called them and they told me to go back up to fix my sandwich. They were rude again and the sandwich was nasty. This is also the 2nd time this has happened. There was also another lady in there having the same problem as me with the app and another lady was in there telling them about how they messed up her order so I’m obviously not the only one.

While I previously gave this location 5-stars, I must edit my review. The night staff is very lazy and unfriendly and will turn the Open sign off early and stare down any approaching cars. If you dare to enter, you'll get the most unfriendly and hasty service you've ever experienced, complete with sloppy food and forgotten inclusions, as they try to rush you away as much as 20 minutes before the posted closing time.

Well tonight when I got off work I stopped at Subway store #10523 on 42 N 17th Ave Beech Grove IN. for dinner. The two employees there served me, Maddy and Eddie were so helpful cause I was indecisive and Maddy made a great suggestion of the Beast and she made it perfectly. Mr. Eddie had the store clean as a whistle and both of them was very polite, I will be visiting that store from now on and suggest that everyone comes in and grab a sandwich from this store. They make the best salads! They are the only subway That's not too lazy to still chop salads. They are not ran by foreigners that you cannot understand.

Best subway on the planet. I have eaten a lot of Subway and this store is the Best. Bread is baked perfect, staff super friendly and knowledgeable, very clean. You want a good meal ? Go here. Thank you !!

I had placed a online order & it said it would be ready in 15 mins. So I send my son to pick it up & they give him a complete different order, now the order did have the same first name as mine but different last name. He called me confused as to why there was two different Sandwiches from what I had ordered. He had already left the store so I told him to go back. When he gets back and tell them that this is not my order. Then they proceeded to say that they don't have an order for me a receipt never printed. So I call and the lady who answer says the receipt never printed out and I'm telling her I'm looking at my app and I can give her my order number she then says that won't work I need to call my manager as if I'm not going to get the food I've paid for long story short I finally got the food I ordered after 45 minutes because they didn't know how to go back in and print the receipt.. I sure hope that they made fresh sandwiches for the other Sara after they let her leave the store and took them back...
