No saben atender a los clientes y los atienden de muy mala gana no tienen ni creatividad para atender a los clientes se enojan cuando uno les pide la orden que uno quiere ordenar las trabajadoras que tiene no son muy buenas

I come to this Subway almost every day with my personal foldable mini electric scooter. Tonight.. Ms. Renee decided not to service me. I politely asked if I could set it aside next to entrance.There were so many people outside who could potentially steal it. She declined with an attitude. I don’t know if she’s having a bad day, but it was definitely an embarrassing experience. She looks like a druggy. I didn’t wanna bother. Ps: There’s no sign saying “ No service to people with scooters”.

This location often doesn’t honor their hours. Both them and the riverside location in austin follow their own rules whenever they feel like it. The riverside location actually never repaid me for 2 sandwiches i’d pkaced through mobile order just to find out they had closed 2 hours early. Subways owes me $27 for food i’ve never received and i’m about to file a law suit if no body reaches back out to me.
I recently about a week ago went i to this subway. One person sitting on the phone-in the lobby, One in The back “Rude as hell” i began to order my sandwich im being nice and friendly. But when it came to the tomatoes selection, i asked them would they eat those tomatoes , one girl said she dont eat tomatoes, and the meaner came out from the back. I asked here would she eat these tomatoes? She frowned her face up and said’ uh well thats all we got-‘ you can eat them or you don’t need to ask for them on your sandwich! Damn really! Not to mention the cheese was harden on the corner of the cheese, the lettuce was browning and the veggies just all looked like they been sitting there for a very long time! I advised them that they keep their sand which and left! I see why no one was in There!
Literally 3pm in the afternoon noon on lunch break and store was closed
I visited Subway today, and while the food was decent, I was disappointed with the customer service. Mariah, who took my order, seemed a bit overwhelmed and didn't provide the friendliest experience. She made comments like, 'I didn't ask you that; I asked what meats you want,' and 'Stop, I can only do one thing at a time.' I believe the customer service experience at Subway can be greatly improved with a more positive and friendly attitude. A smile and a bit more patience can go a long way in making customers feel valued.
