They open at 8:30, I came in today and saw the male employee just getting to work as I got there. He told me they were not open yet and when I asked when they would be he said he didn’t know. I came back at 8:50, he saw me and still didn’t open the door till 9. I came in and he had a very odd grin on his face because he saw I was annoyed. After he put his gloves on he went to the back where I couldn’t see him so upon returning I asked him to change his gloves, which I always do but especially wanted to in this case. He told me to leave for having a bad attitude and proceeded to call me a spoiled brat. He was short with lots of piercings and tattoos. Clearly not equipped to work here.
The customer service sucks at this location! I had been waiting for 30 minutes, but they made the online orders first

This place was awful a couple months ago. Wow! What a great move hiring English speaking employees. I stopped coming here. I just had a great experience. Enrique made the best sandwich Ive had in a long time. It’s so good, I came 2 days straight. Super polite and awesome. Thank you for making the staff changes. And to all the people who sent horrible reviews, please revise them after trying it again. They deserve that.
Ordered online, the store was closed. It says it’s open online, and the app says my order is ready. Took my money, but sadly I’m not getting my food.
I placed an order online and the order was randomly cancelled with no explanation. I tried to call the store to find out what was going on several times with no answer and couldn't even get my refund from them until next week from my card because they won't answer.
I go out of my way to avoid this subway. We ordered here last night I got 2 subs that were made wrong and one that was totally inedible. I ordered through the app and my daughter’s turkey sandwich was SATURATED in vinegar. Like who would ever eat it! You couldn’t even pick it up. I had to go to a different subway later that night to get her a new sandwich. It would be one thing if this was the first time but it is consistently bad!
Waste of time and money. Ordered a pre set sandwich and didn't even get rest of the meat in the sandwich. Go to a different place
If your going to make me wait 15 mins at 5pm because your closed for whatever reason, at least make sure I have what I ordered. Tonight I ordered 3 sandwiches online. We had to figure out which sandwich was which as none of them were marked at all. And of course one sandwich is nowhere near what I ordered. There are multiple people in there and noone checked order accuracy? Another issue is I did not receive the cookies I paid for. And I even tipped. I tried to call and no answer. It's frustrating to not get what you paid for. Do better. This is absolutely unacceptable.
