Subway

I ordered on the app to pickup on 3-14. Ran by the store, got my order and went home. Once home I went to eat and my order was not right. I was supposed to get extra meat, didn't get that. Didn't want green peppers or onions, but those were on it. Wanted honey mustard, nothing on it. My husband got the Philly and had hardly any meat, 1 pc of cheese but the rest was correct. Very disappointed. Normally they are good.

They closed like 3 hours early the last time I ordered through them and never got my food or my money back that I paid online. People are rude and they never have the cookies I enjoy from there

Matt was the best employee yesterday he explained to me the excellent potato salad that I ate so scrumptiously about where it came from the cost the breakdown and any future possible catering needs that are company. I might add he is super fast in making sandwiches and he's smiling and he's a good guy their staff is phenomenal please support Jimmy John's at this location

Closed at 4pm on a Monday... suposed to be open

cane at 8:45 and their doors were locked with an employee inside. I checked google and the sign on their door and they should have opened at 8. Lady was unapologetic.

So sorry to have bothered your employees to make my damn sandwich, must be so miserable to work there I guess, I won't be back to bother them again! Tired of these young people's attitude

Manager had the nerve to tell me to stop contacting the store trying to get free sandwiches when I complained lol. I had only been to this store once and never called smh. He needs to be fired immediately. Call was recorded.

Worst time experience ever. Ordered a sandwich with online app to pick up on lunch break. Paid for it app said it was built to the store . When I get there nothing is made , but paid for it in fact still says ready for pick up in app. But nothing was made two clueless. Employees refused to make my sandwich even though I had my phone showing order suppose to be ordered and paid. I had to get upset and they finally called manager and he said just satisfy the customer this time , they still didn't believe me even though I had app and order number. Finally made sandwich and made me late from lunch and both employees a Mexican lady and a young man where very rude and still didn't want to do it , the women took a picture of my phon screen even after the boss said ok , I will never go or recommend this pitiful store again and would like my 10.02 back thank you! Also complained to subway corporate as this has happen before they had the online order but hadn't made it , maybe call IT and get it fix instead of inconveniencing customers
