Have had issues with their scheduled hours many times. I don't know how many times we've gone in when it says open and they said we have to wait, they opened late.
I ordered my food online through the subway app. I was given a 15 minute preparation time and my order was marked as ready. I arrived to the store 10 minutes after my order was marked ready. When I got in the store there was only one employee working and they were very flustered. I go straight to the register to pick up my order. They then tell me my order was not ready and I had to wait until they were done with the other customers in line before they started making it. I then told them my order should have been ready and should be prioritized. The employee then proceeded to make my order but was very aggressive with how they built my order. My bread was ripped apart so the top has all these cracks which made it very difficult. They through all my toppings on in a messy fashion so much so I basically had to rebuild my sandwich when I ate it. They then got an attitude when I was asking for my cookies and drink with my meal. Not at all a pleasant experience. Why provide convenience for your customers if it’s just going to actually be convenient? This was not very have it your way or subway fresh. Extremely disappointing and will go out of my way to go to a different subway going forward.

Some customers take their sweet time making everyone else wait when there is only one person serving sandwiches at the counter... So rude... maybe another counter person would help!
Worst service experience ever. Made me wait for 20 min just to say that they will not deliver me my order as they are not aware of online orders
First of all there shouldn’t be 1 person working the entire store especially if they don’t know how to work online orders and walk ins. This woman has us wait over an hour on 2 sandwiches ordered online and continued to ignore us as she helped people before us. Bad service and attitude don’t come to this location save your time and money.

The music was too loud, not conducive to a pleasant lunch conversation. The food was good and the staff was friendly.
