Staff is rude. I walked here in 39 degree weather and they tried to shoo me away

Customer Service is horrible… I went here on my 30 min lunch break N these people are very racist and they don’t allow u to order your food the way u want they are very rude and the lady refuse to make my food please save your money

Yuck gave me raw bacon on my sandwich.

Worst Subway! Don’t go here!! Rude staff with nasty attitude, dirty place and i wish i had read the reviews before. Now when I scrolled down saw a local guide share her experience 2 years ago about the same experience, never again! I am shocked how this place is still running. Horrible experience!

Rude staff, arguing while I'm eating food. No sign on either bathroom saying out of order, grumpy man at the front said out of order which is a complete lie.

Just filthy all around. Definitely needs to be closed down. Workers never change gloves, even after handling cash at register. Knives, makeline, dining area etc. are terribly nasty. I don’t understand how they let these type of restaurants operate, especially being in a heart of the city. Contacted corporate to handle this issue!!

My experience began with me trying to order the BOGO for pick up, only to find that they were offline. I arrived at the restaurant to find the door locked, forcing me to circle the building to gain access. When I did enter, it was to an argument with a customer over the size of a kids meal sandwich. Which while was posted, the print was too small to see. The sign had to be taken off the wall to show that it was four-inch sandwich. The woman cancelled that order and took the sandwiches already made, leaving angrily. When it was my turn, I asked about the BOGO, to be told that it was online only. When I brought up that they weren't online, they only shrugged. Therefore, I only got the one sandwich and sat down. While the place was clean, it's not well maintained: the lights flickered and the wall were peeling. The end of my experience what's finding that the ladies room was out of order. Wheelchair accessibility: There is none.
