EDIT: This location has been 100% amazing since our initial visit. The workers inside have ensured our order was correct every time since and have been very kind during our interactions since. Absolutely horrible service and the food tasted AWFUL. First we placed our order online for pick up and when we got it outside they had marked the sandwiches wrong which is whatever but on the order not only did I order “heavy oil and vinegar” on the sandwich but in the comments I also requested it again. Got outside and the sandwiches were DRY. Couldn’t taste any oil or vinegar at all. So my husband walked into hey it fixed and the Hispanic man working the front first just stared at at him and wouldn’t speak, then gave him a few tiny packets for TWO footlong sandwiches so he asked for a few more and this man gets a bad attitude and says he is only supposed to give two packets per sandwich, but had he followed the instructions on the order it wouldn’t have been an issue. Either way I walk back in and thankfully another employee fixed the oil and vinegar issue with zero problem. We got home and then noticed the sandwiches barely had meat or any toppings at all and the bread tasted stale and hard. Definitely don’t recommend this place at all!

Customer service is dead. A man claiming to be the general manager argued with me for 11 minutes that he had made my sandwich correctly, despite me sending him photo evidence that it was not.

Every Time I Try To Order Food For Me & My Family After Work The Spanish night girl with glasses us rude and unwilling to make the sandwich from either motioning shes closed from the walk in, to her arguing saying she is “done” prior to closing to recent events on February 17, at 9:50pm of her unwilling to actually melt my “Tuna Melt”. I dont recommend going to this location all together unless you want to argue with someone to do their job just to get a sandwich your paying for

I really like this subway . I come here when I’’m in the area but today the young lady gave such an attitude as if she was in a rush. She also had an issue with me asking for a lil bit more of teriyaki chicken it was like a really small scoop of chicken and proceeded to warm it just a lil bit. Some of the sandwhich was cold, because she had such an attitude about my request, that was asked for very politely! Usually the service is good but today, it wasn’t! Customer service should always be #1

It would be really nice if there was some tuna salad on my tuna salad sandwich. Instead I have a bread sandwich. Total waste of money!

2/12/2023: I ordered 1 Footlong Oven-Roasted Turkey and 1 Footlong Spicy Italian through the Subway application via order #76D79A9E-E1 at 7:15PM. I picked up my order at the Subway located at 1100 Hammond Drive, Suite 410A, Atlanta, GA 30328. After returning home, I opened the packed subs and see that I received 2 Footlong Spicy Italian subs (1 extra Spicy Italian sub) and did not receive the 1 Footlong Oven-Roasted Turkey. Therefore, my order was incorrect. I submitted a complaint online via the Subway website on the same night. 2/13/2023: Alvin Spargo emailed me at 10:10AM and requested a copy of my order so that he could investigate further. I very promptly emailed him a copy of my order receipt (see attached photo) at 10:12AM. At 9:26PM, Alvin Spargo emailed me confirming he understood there was an issue with my order and that my experience did not meet my expectations. He stated "Please send me an address and I will mail you a gift card for the trouble". I emailed him at 10:21PM with my address. 4/15/2023: I still have not received the gift card Alvin Spargo committed to per his 2/13/2023 email. Therefore, I sent a follow up email at 8:10PM letting him know that I did not receive the gift card and for him to please advise. I also let him know that I got extreme food poisoning after consuming my order which occurred just a few hours later the same night. I was sick for an entire week from 2/13 - 2/19, unable to function, constant vomiting and diarrhea on these days. This required me to take off of work with NO paid time off and also required that my father to take off from work as well to take care of me since I was unable to get out of bed or walk any further than a few steps at a time. This was the sickest I had ever been in my entire life. Alvin still did not respond back to my email. 5/28/2023, 5/30/2023, 6/13/2023: I sent 3 more email follow ups on these dates to Alvin Spargo letting him know that I still did not receive the gift card and for him to please advise. Alvin still did not respond back to any of my emails. 8/2/2023: I sent a 5th and FINAL email follow up to Alvin Spargo letting him know I am filing a BBB complaint due to my multiple attempts to contact him. I have provided him to opportunity to respond and resolve this issue over 6 months of time, which he continues to ignore my attempts. Due to the poor customer service experience I received and the lack of integrity/accountability/professionalism demonstrated by Alvin, I need a refund on my order of $10.12 and the promised gift card which he confirmed in writing to provide. I need him to provide the gift card in the minimum amount of $700 for the stress and damage to compensate for the lost day of work at which time I received NO paid time off, but had to take off from work due to the food poisoning which resulted from consuming this food order from his store.

But, lo and behold, as soon as I step through the door, I am welcomed with open arms! I mean, not literally—no one wants to see me do an impromptu bear hug with a stranger—but you get the idea. The crew behind the counter is a well-oiled machine, moving with lightning speed and efficiency. It's like they're performing a synchronized dance routine, but instead of jazz hands, they're slinging sandwiches left and right. And despite the lunchtime madness, they manage to maintain their sanity and their manners. Politeness? Check! Attentiveness? Double check! The crew's lightning-fast skills paid off, because in what felt like the blink of an eye, my sandwich appeared before me. And let me tell you, it was a masterpiece. Every ingredient was perfectly stacked, like a foodie's Jenga tower. It was the Mona Lisa of sandwiches. In the end, my sandwich adventure exceeded all expectations. The friendly crew, the lightning-fast service, and the scrumptious sandwich made it a truly remarkable experience. I left the shop with a smile on my face and a contented belly, knowing that I had just witnessed sandwich magic at its finest.
