Bait and switch on their coupons. Haven’t eaten there since, as a matter of principle. The owner should not be allowed to own a franchise.

The owner of this store is quite possibly the most unprofessional and unpleasant human being I have ever met in the restaurant business. He baits and switches people with particular advertised prices only to ring up orders under different prices within the store. He makes up completely arbitrary rules for prices based on his mood. This store is a scam and I highly advise you to ignore it.

I’m very disappointed I was looking forward to having a nice subway sitting inside in the air-conditioning. It’s currently 90° out I was told I have to take it outside. I didn’t understand why I needed to sit outside when she was open the whole time . She was mopping the floor she seemed a bit flustered I will never go back.

Bad rude customer service

We recently moved to Aliso and we have been to this Subway location several times. We love to see Amy when we go. She offers to cut up the tomatoes on my son’s sandwich, she helped me bring my catering order to my car, and is overall such a positive person.

Very pleased with my experience, the manager or owner was very attentive with everyone, he was leading by example ( hard to find nowadays) by greeting customers and cleaning tables. Very clean location, workers seemed happy and very well trained in providing good customer service. Thank you!

This Subway has food that is fresh even in the evening. Also, even though the time was to close the business, Amy was opened until last customer. And she was very polite despite late hoirs and tired customers. Thank you Amy. We will come back.
