Stopped specifically to try this - had no clue about it. The worker was not very helpful. It was a very cool experience but I would not waste your money on the nitrogen balls. My son was so excited and looking forward to trying this and “breath like a dragon” and absolutely zero smoke came out of his mouth. Ice cream was amazing though!
I came to Castleton Square mall just to talk around and saw subzero. Walked into the store and there was not a single employee in site. I stood there for about 5 mins before I said ‘hello’ to see if maybe they were behind the counter. I then walked to the back and poked my head around the corner to see the employee on the phone who clearly was not happy to see me. She had a very nasty attitude and in my opinion needs to find employment elsewhere. I didn’t get her name but she has a septum piercing at the bottom of her nose and is AA. Kid-friendliness: Excellent
website takes online orders and your money, the store in the mall says they have no idea and they don’t take online orders. Thieves.
Tried for the first time, it wasn’t a favorite for the kids We ordered (2) lactose free (1) original and (1) milkshake, which was just milk. The lactose-free options tasted like soggy bananas we really wanted to like a new place, unfortunately, it’s not for us and we won’t be back.
Apparently on Sunday they open at 11. The hours really need to be updated on Google, especially since we were in from out of town and wanted to try it
One of the girls was very rude to my little sister in line, had a snappy attitude for no reason.
Super fun way to design your own ice cream. I went last Friday so they had a 5 dollar medium size sale which was more than enough ice cream. It fun to pick out your own flavors and mix ins. I got lemon flavoring, strawberry mix ins, and citric acid. It’s fen to water your mixin get turned into ice cream by the liquid nitrogen. Overall a great place to stop.
