My absolute favorite steakhouse!! This place is always on point with the food and the service!!

First time to visit . Steak was just ok, nothing special. No flavor . Sides were better. Garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. We had an excellent waiter. We drive from Murfeesboro to eat there. Probably won't make the trip back to eat there again. Too expensive to have no flavor.

It was our first and last time there. It took over an hour to place our order. And had to look for drinks. Was sick the next two days.

Very nice place food mediocre for cost and service was not very good . We weren't checked after food brought until he brought bill.........that's why ya don't get good tip

We've eaten here twice, and I personally won't again. The atmosphere is great, but the service is not great when you have a large party. We come to Franklin every quarter and we eat at the "best" places around the town, which they know, but somehow they don't accommodate well. I ordered a Ribeye, medium rare, and my cut was NOT a ribeye, whatsoever, nor was it medium rare. The server did not check on us hardly at all. I literally told one of the servers that dropped the food off that he put my appetizer at the wrong spot across the large table, and he just walked off and didn't bring it to me, after aknowledging that it was my order. I had multiple requests of basic things, which all were forgotten (silverware, drink, putting the right food in front of me). Nothing out of the ordinary for someone spending 150 dollars for 2 people to eat. My wife had a ribeye, which was indeed a ribeye, and I got some left over cut that was tough, dry, had hardly any fat on it, and was 100% not a ribeye. All I eat is ribeye when I eat at a steakhouse, I am aware of what the cut consists of, and this was not it. Grossly understaffed and bad food. Sorry guys, you failed twice.

What a great place! This place is my favorite of the Cool Springs steakhouses and that says a lot because there are some excellent places nearby. Stoney pulled ahead with space and hospitality. The food was spot on and the service just made it great. Lobster Bisque was superb!
