I am super super super impressed with Tim!! Tim was an AMAZING server tonight and he’s been by far the best server that I’ve ever had. Service means a lot to me and servíce is what will keep me coming to this establishment. I love the atmosphere. As soon as I walked through the door I felt warm and welcome. I must brag on the way that Tim took his time to walk us through menu items and explained what was seasonal and what was not. He recommended that we ask him any questions if we had any. Tim was patient and he was kind! He gave great recommendations as to what he may consider. I can go on and on. Tim is the man!! I will be back because of Tim! Thank you for what you did today!

The place is great, the food is good but the best about this restaurant was the service of my server: Danielle make my celebration special and she gave me the best recommendations about the foods and drinks. Definitely I will come back.

Waitress wasn’t terrible, just didn’t come by much, ordered a filet mignon medium rare, came out entirely rare, 25 minutes later, I get a rare sirloin, not even close to what my order was. Food overall was a definite no. Kitchen apparently can’t tell the difference between cuts either.

We had a birthday party tonight, five couples, the appetizers were ice cold, the hamburgers looked like burger meat from the grocery! The service was atrocious, we met at 6:30 ,now leaving at 9:04. Half an hour for a drink, half an hour to order ,half an hour to get an appetizer which was cold. Management was apologetic, but there was still a 20% tip added to the bill! it’s easy to give poor service when you know you will be tipped. What’s wrong with this picture? Very disappointed ,won’t be back.

Over-rated food and drinks, pricey for the quantity and quality, in my opinion. Wasn't very busy, yet a food runner delivered our meals, not our waiter, and they skipped our appetizer order completely. And didn't even apologize. Don't bother with the crab cheese dip with chips. 1 tiny piece of crab (15 min after i sent our steaks back because i was excited for the apps FIRST. Which weren't good), and the rest was very bland. I hear the one by the beach is better. Prob won't try it though. Sorry

Great food... Great atmosphere. Extremely slow and forgetful service. Took forever to get are order taken. Took forever to get drinks refreshed. Another person in are group asked for a 2nd beer. Never got it. Pour service Nice well manner guy. But slow an forgetful service. Also one plate came uncooked. Then because we had a big group we were forced to leave a 20% gratitude. So forced to tip good on bad service. Smh first time coming here been wanting to try the place for a while finally do for in-laws birthday and whole group leaving unhappy. I didn't even ask for the key lime pie an it got put on my bill an discounted. Haha Server was jay Table 21 Won't let me leave a photo or I would of of receipt.
