I guess they finally closed up shop. Starbucks is right up the street and they are OPEN! Unlike this unfortunate excuse of a café. Update** 5.27.23 They’re not even on AppleMaps. Plus, recent reviews on there tell all about the cafe upstairs.
This place is an f'n rip-off!! The lady did not ring me up until after she made my coffee. I was charged $4 for an extra shot of espresso and the coffee was bitter add hell. The "barista" didn't know what doppio was. There are no plugins for you to work. This place sucks. I will never be back.
This place used to be good. I have a hockey player so we are here a lot. The management is completely hanging their "wait staff" out to dry and also completely neglecting their guests. EVERYTHING is done by QR code. Zero service of any kind. Your "server" is nothing more than a food runner. You, literally, can not even order a drink from them. Questions about a menu or drink item? Nope. EVERYTHING done on your phone. Absolutely pathetic!
Drove 15 min for them to not be open at all.
BEWARE! I ordered a small latte which was priced at $4 on the menu board. The cashier told me that the price was no longer $4 but because of the price of coffee was $5. When I asked her why there weren't any signs to reflect that change, she said that the management told her to charge that. I thought that was strange. So I asked the only other customer in the cafe what they paid for their latte and they said the price on the board which was $4. The cashier (possibly the owner?) refunded my money. Will not go back!
Just had an iced coffee, but it was good, and the patio appreciated.
