Associate Dee was texting on his phone the entire time he rang out my transaction, including while I stood at the counter waiting for him to start ringing me out. Not surprising at this point because pretty much every time I come to this location and go inside, I’m disappointed by the service provided by all associates, including the manager.

Lee is an absolute delight in the morning. A complete breath of fresh air. She is so polite, greeting every customer like they are her family. I am so happy I stopped in this morning and had the pleasure to meet Lee.

Needs new management in this location, went in for a breakfast sandwich place was filthy and manager was on his phone at front counter. Asked him to make me a breakfast sandwich as there wasn't any left, he mumbled something as he walked to the back. Came out with no help as the line formed almost to the door. He gave me a look I put my stuff down and walked out going to another place for breakfast. Definitely will be going to the sout utica one when it opens.
