New counter design is terrible. Why would you put three registers together about 2 ft from the ice cream counter? We know spring summer ice cream season is coming. The new 30 ft counter look has more stuff on it.....and everyone lines up @ abt 1 or more of the registers. The other day there were 8 of us in line for 1 register and literally the line was at the front door. Poor design Stewart's. why don't you just set up another aisle for all the food and quick sale items you stick on the count? AND put one register back where it was. SOS!!!!

Do I come here for gas / free air for my tires? Yes. Have I ever had an issue? Aside from the air pump occasionally being unavailable for maintenance, nope.

Female Cashier with brown hair and glasses tonight May 4, 2023 9:50pm was very rude didn’t greet myself nor my boyfriend when we walked up to the ice cream station instead turned her back to us and served the male cashiers daughter who was sitting at a table behind us a milkshake. We ordered two single scoops and had two drinks neither cashier seemed interested in serving us or checking us out instead were going back and forth with the male cashiers daughter while shes loudly talking about wanting her fathers card or gift card. While also taking out three different gatorades from the fridges and drinking them and the male cashier did not pay for them just let her take what she wanted from the store. I asked if I could put literally a small dollop of caramel on my ice cream which has never been and issue at any store I’ve gone to before and she very rudely said that only for Sundaes. So my boyfriend asked what the difference in price was and she said it’d be almost $5 “do you want it or not” for a dollop of caramel meanwhile I didn’t want all the other sundae toppings (whipped cream cherry none of that) just a very small amount of caramel maybe a spoon full if that. I love Stewart’s and am at this location daily with no issues until tonight. No staff should be rude to a daily paying customer and they also shouldn’t have their child at the job especially if they’re loudly yelling in the store and just helping themselves to whatever they want in the store. This whole ordeal tonight was extremely unprofessional and I’m not happy at all with the service I received tonight. I will consider editing my review once corporate or somebody reaches out because this is unacceptable.

The girl Rebecca there gives her phone number out to random men how do people that are supposed to be working giving out there number and doing things with random guys behind the store where she works othere then that great store just need to get a few different workers
