Good service and beautiful atmosphere. Even the food is beautiful. I’m taken away by the beauty of the food and appreciate the effort that goes into making it look so presentable. Seeing how small the portion was left me in awe as well. Weird enough, I was full afterwards haha. I didn’t get that Smokey and salty flavor I expected from a smoked salmon (Why I removed a star). The Taro latte smelled and tasted amazing. I wouldn’t go to steel and rye specifically for the food, instead it’s a great place to socialize. (Update, I went back and I would 100 percent go for the food)
Debbie drink downers ...all else great
Brisket was fatty, with sections just being entirely fat. Couldn't finish the sandwich. When you pay 14 dollars for a sandwich and they ask you if you want fries, I do not expect to be charged an additional $8 without any mention of the fact that the sandwich doesn't come with fries. If the pizza is good, that's great, but I'll never know. Not going back
My family loves Steel and Rye. While we encountered a minor hiccup with an order recently, where an item was missing from a delivery necessitating a trip across town to retrieve it, their team exceeded our expectations in rectifying the situation. It was clear that they are committed to exceptional customer service. Also, their menu consistently delights with an array of delicious and unique offerings. Highly recommend!!
