We came for dinner after the Vancouver Auto Show. Family of 6 (including an infant) Came in through the front door on Water street, and were ignored by several staff members, whom we had made eye contact with. Moved over the the entrance by the patio, and the hostess there (Samantha?) seemed less than enthused to seat us. She called the manager over, and that manager also seemed less enthused. Finally was able to find us a table downstairs, which doesn’t really accommodate a stroller. Turns out the elevator is down the street and you need a staff member to access it in both directions. Our waiter changed a couple times during our dinner, and once food was delivered no one checked on us for refills or to even see how the meal was. We had to chase a couple people to get the cheque at the end! Restaurant should be more accessible for disabled people and strollers if you want families to visit. Staff need to look like they enjoy their jobs too!
