Steak 'n Shake

I think we waited in the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes before it started moving. If I wasn't craving the double garlic steakburger, then I think I would have just left. That garlic steakburger, though, when I finally got it, was delicious!

I came in tonight and witnessed one of the staff members being consistently rude to a family trying to dine in. On top of that she then lied about what time they close in order to rush the family out. As someone who also works in food service i understand wanting to leave as soon as possible but there was genuinely no reason for her to treat them like that.

The milk shake is amazing and weekdays is 50% discount

The is a manager that works there that is sure rude and aggressive I was picking up an order and decided that while, I was there why not order my bday shake I get thru app.. seeing I had to wait 10 to 15 mins for the order.. server informed me I can't order because I'm pick up a order.. I explained I had to wait 10 mins wait anyways and asked to speak to the manager.. I started to speak and the lady cut me off and told me how I couldn't order food while pickup orders, it's a agreement they have with the delivery service and me.. I explained that I was not giving her negative energy not sure why she chose to be so aggressive and hostile I also explained that's not correct I work for myself and pay to use platforms just like her restaurant so I dictate what I do with myself and how I conduct business.. at the ended the customer didn't get the food and I didn't get my shake.. I like steak and shake but this location I will never be back to and anyone I know I will not recommend.. customers and drivers beware..

Terrible customer service. I asked for a cup of water with my food. Some employee told me I had to buy a drink for that, then without my permission started changing my order on the kiosk I was ordering on. I told him I wasn't paying $2.65 for a cup of water. I changed my order to a kids meal because they come with a drink. They gave me my meal with no cup, and gave me issues when I asked for it. I asked for a manager and explained the situation. The company does have free cups of water. The staff is just either poorly trained or purposefully unhelpful. Ultimately, I got a refund and went to Wendy's for food instead.

C'mon, guys. Practically half full fries! I normally love you guys but the cost of a single garlic burger/fries has gone from $3.99 to $5.29 in under a year. I THINK you can fill up my fries to the tippy-top. Do better, please.
