I love steak n shake

Honestly, I don't know why anyone would go here.. The food is nothing special, and the inside is, I guess, supposed to be like a Retro burger style type of place. I will not recommend this place. If you pass by one, don't even think twice about going in unless you're starving.. so many better options are available.

If I could rate this steak ‘n shake location a 0 I would. The service is horrible i’ve been waiting on two burgers and some fries for 55 minutes and when I mentioned it to the worker he said he will get it started as if he has not even began yet. The guy was very nice but the restaurant is extremely disorganized! We got our food and the large fries were halfway full and cold. Will not be going to this location again and I don’t recommend.

No milkshakes available? Service very subpar as if worker didn't want to be there.

They gave my order to the wrong person, so they had to remake it, and I still didn't get the right order. Also, the ketchup dispenser was empty, and there was no soap in the bathroom.

Rude to customer I waited 5 min in drive thru before placing an order.

I love this place

OK have always loved steak burgers and fries. But this is the dirtiest and most beat up S & S I have ever been to.. it needs help.

10 minutes to take my order at the drive through, I waited… then asked if they were going to take care of me no one answered me then when I pulled up to the window ask for help and for the manager he said no one else in the entire store could take an order. The manager didn’t even offer to compensate me, disappointed as I believe Steak and shake has some of the best burgers for the price or just period.
