Steak 'n Shake

The food was fairly solid and I guess that is the most important. I was a little put off by the kiosk and no table service. I was very put off being expected to tip the kiosk.

Ownership replaced all of the waiters and cashiers with two malfunctioning self-service kiosks.

Terrible service. Whoever is "managing" this place need to rethink their career choices.

Steak and shake has changed a lot over the years. We placed the order on a kiosk. The food did get delivered. But drinks, napkins - we did ourselves. And then we bussed our own table. It's fine but it's not like it used to be.
