Steak 'n Shake

Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru and no answered. Went in side and had to yell for anyone because there was nowhere to be found Once I saw someone it them 10 minutes to make two milkshakes when I was the only person there…

Good burger, cold fries.

An update to my previous review. I understand the need to cut costs, however: * Breakfast? Gone. I was a regular. * "Smash" style patties? Gone. I was a regular. (the new stuff just does NOT have the flavor) * Fries? They seem bland. Maybe they changed the type of oil for $$ or health? Tend to be barely blond now in color instead of golden brown. * Salads? They used to have some excellent salads. Gone. I was a regular. As others have mentioned - Steak and Shake (the 2nd oldest burger chain behind White Castle) is not even a ghost of itself anymore. Spend your $$ elsewhere.

Have been to this store for the very last time ordered what I wanted receipt stated that got home nothing was right outside of bag had so much finger prints on it that would make you gag boxes with sandwiches in same way this place never gets orders right they are slower than hell pathetic

Omg where do I begin. We pulled up to the speaker and we sat and sat then sat 10min goes by before someone says (give me a minute). I gave you 10! They still didn't tell us they apologize for the wait . They came on then now it's been 15 min and said ok. Just ok! So I ordered the food for two but then I thought(you know what I'm not giving these bums my hard earned cash. So I pulled off. ✌️

we showed up at 7:30 and they say they’re open until 10. Waited like 10 minutes and no one took our order, drove to see if someone was there, someone was there and they were in the window. We drove back, waited another 10 minutes and still didn’t answer. We left and saw him walk out and leave
