Steak 'n Shake

Great service and staff. We were seated right away, I had the BBQ Steak Burger combo and a Hershey Milkshake. Cooked well done and tasted good. Definitely will be back.

We went to eat after church and me and my parents came in to dine in there was a little wait which can be understandable during that time we got seated and ordered are food and milkshakes the food came out and we were waiting on the milkshakes and by the time they came we were almost done and made a to go order as well and it was good when I got home the waitress that took care of us did an amazing job her smile and beauty and her charisma made it a great experience I am still rating overall a 5 because even though there were minor things wrong everyone is shirt staffed right now Vegetarian options: None Dietary restrictions: None Parking: It is a small parking lot so when it gets busy there is no room to park Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: No I don't see how someone in a wheelchair can dine in

I use to love Steak & Shake. I still do. The shakes are my favorite. They use to have a seasoning they would put on their fries but I was told they no longer have the seasoning, so the fries are not as good as they use to be. On this visit I wanted a burger and a regular shake. My total was $11, which is a lot more than it use to be. I have included a picture of my burger which was hardly worth the $5.69 (before tax) that it cost. I’m hoping this an isolated incident. As you can see by the picture a lot of the cheese was not on the burger but packaging and the patty was barely there. So I still love the shakes, but recently have been disappointed in the burgers & fries. Kid-friendliness: No playground, but kid friendly food and kids menu
