Very bad experience. The few employees on duty were fine. However, the order kiosk wouldn't work properly. Companies like this are losing business due to poor customer service. They think that their saving money by cutting jobs. I'll never go back!
DONT GO HERE. GO TO STEAK AND SHAKE ON COLONIAL. My boyfriend ordered at the kiosk and got himself something and me something. He then found out that the one thing he ordered me they didnt have. He told them okay, well just cancel the whole order and we'll get a refund. Then they said "well we already started yours". So he said thats okay i still take it and then asked if he could get a refund on my item. She just looked at him and was saying shed have to ask. Then she told him it should be back on his card in 3-5 business days. Then he asked for a receipt of the refund and the manager handed him a reprint of the original receipt. He ended up leaving without a refund and went to the steak and shake on colonial. WHICH IS WAY BETTTER. First off, if you don't currently have an item it should NOT be available to purchase orignally. Second, I have experience with customer service and doing refunds on that end. The purchase was not even 6 minutes old, has not processed yet, should have just canceled the processing order. No reason it would take 3-5 business days. Do not go here, If you really want steak and shake go to the one on Colonial. Much better service and they dont mess up orders and they have all the items they say they do.
