Steak 'n Shake

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this SnS. The quality is way below average for hamburger, they even messed up my single-item order. For $10 combo, I could have something better at other stores.

The best milkshakes in town!

It's a shame that this one is the only one around. The service is SUPER SLOW AND THE LADY COOK AND THE MANAGER HAD A BIG ATTITUDE. The place is always dirty and the floors are so slippery because the really don't clean it as they need too.

There menu use to have more items, but still good.

Wir waren vor 4 Jahren im USA Urlaub, hier wurde massiv Personal eingespart, man wird weder plaziert noch am Tisch bedient, man muss am Automaten die Bestellung aufgeben und aus der Küche brüllt dann einer Bestellung ist fertig

The experience inside is not at all what itnused to be. You can only order through kiosks at the front. No longer are there servers. Nobody is present or available to answer questions, no way to customize your burger if you need something special because of a handicap. Drinks are self-service via QR codes printed on a paper receipt -- but don't expect any signage to figure it out. If you don't get your drink quick enough the machine will shut off and you lose it. One refill per cup. No option for extra ice, even if you try to pay for it. This used to be a great restaurant to sit down and enjoy a quick meal after a long day -- now it's just an impersonal self-service place that makes you stand and work to place your order, stand and walk to get your own drinks, pick up your own food and carry it to the table yourself, and bus your own table -- ZERO interaction with a human and the *audacity* to request a tip at the checkout, when we did everything ourselves!!
