Steak 'n Shake

Don't know I went somewhere else they didn't have chilli

I'm not a fan of the self-service kiosks. Seems like the food quality has gone down. Some items, like shakes, are diminished. It's too bad because Steak n Shake used to be my favorite burger place since childhood.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The dining room is always closed - I said to hell with this and drove a few miles north to Culver’s- where I was able to sit down and dine in comfort- the food is better too. It was well worth the extra drive.

Steak 'N Shake isn't quite what it used to be and the burgers and chili taste different but the people were nice and we got all of our food when we ordered. Seems much cleaner than before it shut down for a spell and I like the self service inside rather than wait staff.

Served a half cooked burger. Strawberry shake in photo is for color reference UPDATE - in 2023 this establishment is still ran by incompetent people. DO NOT GO HERE. You will have missing items, or drinks filled up 3/4ths.
