Walked into the bathroom, and there were feces all over the toilet and walls with a do not slip or fall sign by the door of the bathroom. Not Good!!

Maybe 6 months ago we stopped for my first time at a Steak 'n Shake. I was impressed then and really liked their steak burger. Last month we stopped here and they changed the bun and it was horrible...I mean horrible. No more S 'n S for me. Oh...and the service is just about what you would expect...not good at all! I will continue with Shake Shack all day long... Buh Bye Steak 'n Shake.
