The new order at kiosk and then seat yourself and wait for food to get up and have to get your food from steak and shake is not the way this company operates.

Will no longer dine at a restaurant with only a kiosk for ordering, and it wants you to tip at that! It was a good run Steak ‘n Shake. Time to close your doors.
