Steak 'n Shake

Food was incredibly greasy. The sandwich was so sloppy. The fries were over salted. Very friendly service. Inside restaurant was greasy and overall not very clean.

Getting a soda pop is a bit of a pain, but I’m sure they have their reasons.

Hamburger soooo greasy. NO ATMOSPHERE AT ALL!!!! Women's bathroom dirty.

I don't like dealing with a kiosk to order food. I see the older folks really struggle with the kiosks.good way to eliminate jobs though. And today I ordered, spent my whole lunch waiting because they were more worried about the drive through. People waiting at the counter, and nobody cares.

Stopped here to eat after spending 14 hours at hospital. We got our food but no shakes. I asked for our drinks and the older man running the grill informed me they were short handed. They had already put another order on the counter for another customer. Asked the girl delivering the next order. She went back to where they make shakes and came out with nothing. Finally got my shakes after standing there waiting at least 10 minutes not saying a word and the old man walked over to the girl bagging food and said I told her we were short handed. If he is the manager then he definitely needs some training in customer service especially when the customer is simply asking for the rest of their order and stands there quietly waiting for it. They had 3 employees working, one other customer inside who had their food, and a couple people in the drive thru. We had to wait for the guy running the drive thru to fix the shakes because the other 2 were busy making a sandwich for an order placed several after mine.
