I went through the drive-thru lane. The speaker was clear. The representative was courteous. My food was exactly as I had ordered it. The burger and french fries were fresh and hot.

Trash service. Placed an order. They repeat the order to me and still got my order wrong. Workers rude. Don’t come to this place steak and shake is definitely not what it used to be

Terrible service rude workers I simple wanted to make 2 orders in the drive through and was told I couldn’t because it was busy. I’ll never return to this location again.
