Steak 'n Shake

Great place to eat. Personally my favorite fast food place. This location is clean and the workers are nice. The food is always good and the shakes are delicious.

Food was very good, much better than my last experience at another SnS. Staff was very friendly although it stinks that they have replaced people with machines to place your order now.

Ms. Jay at the steak and shake was so incredibly helpful. This was my first time in this steak and shake after the pandemic and I was struggling to do everything with my baby on my hip and my toddler in tow. She didn’t have to help me every step when she was busy but she did. bless her kind heart

( - 0 ⭐️)Messed up my order. It happens but to have a nasty attitude about it. (The manager was rude for no reason) That’s what Pissed Me off. I had to come back up there and no apologies nothing. She remade my food. Made my kids sick all night. I swear . I spent $55 for WHAT??? Plz. DO NOT EAT THERE. They Gave my kids food poisoning. I HAD TO report them to the healthcare department. OF GA. How is this place still OPEN?

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and it always takes them forever to do simple things. I’ve waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for a burger that the cheese wasn’t even melted on. When I sent it back it took another 30 minutes. I’ve today waited almost an hour for food. Don’t come here for the mediocre food it’s not worth the extensive wait.

It's always ok here. The fries never taste seasoned. My strawberry milkshake had a faint strawberry taste. Compared to another location I ate at, this could definitely use some improvement
