Steak 'n Shake

Bueno esta experiencia es en cuanto a delivery No puedo hablarles ni pongo en duda si su comida esta rica pues no la probe . Soy delivery y puedo compartirles mi experiencia desde mi punto. Tienen muy mal servicio al cliente ademas las bebidas venian junto con la comida en una misma bolsa y esta se abrio y se derramo en toda la bolsa. Ya con eso imaginence la atencion al cliente. Esto fue en el turno de noche.

Waited 36 minutes in the drive through for 2 milkshakes…….. Come on now….

Kiosk-only ordering is not my favorite thing. My grandson wanted to order a toasted cheese sandwich from the "Childrens Menu" but we could not figure out how to get it by itself without french fries. The only employees visible were hard-working cooks whom we did not wish to disturb so...we got the fries. Turns out we could order the sandwich by itself if we went to the "Sandwich" menu. Who knew? Other than that everything was as per usual and a manager stopped by the table later to ask if everything was good and kindly chatted a minute. G-son's favorite place, so all good.

very strange experience at this place, you must use the kiosk to order food, no one to cashier, just someone calling your name when the food is ready, price was reasonable, the cheese on the chese burger was cold and not melted, the bun was sort of room temperature, and the whole place felt weird, if this is the future of automation in fast food, you can keep it.

This is pretty much the only fast food I eat. Everything is made fresh and taste great. Plus the price is reasonable.

Food was very good and fresh. Kiosk made service along quicker. Great burgers and shakes.

No waitressing and more so no table side ordering. It has gone downhill. I used to love this place.

Did not get my food for 30 minutes. Ask the girls' bringing out the food how long it was going take, no answer. I asked for Manger and told him it had been 30 minutes since I ordered my food. I needed my money back. I would go elsewhere for lunch. He refunded my money and gave me my order. I told him I didn't want but he insisted. I left. I looked at my food, and the order was wrong. It when in the trash. Will not be going back.
