Steak 'n Shake

Drive thru order. Cheeseburger and fries were very good. Milk shake was delicious. Food was not like regular fast food . It was better quality. The drive thru line was amazingly quick. I had everything in the back without having to ask for condiments and napkins. Love the large straws for the milkshake. Great value. Spent less than $10 for lunch, drink and milkshake.

I do hate that they don't have enough people working to actually take our order, but the kiosk was super easy to use. Our food was hot and as good as I remember. Last time I'd been to a Steak n Shake was a good 10 years ago. All the ones within two hours of us had been shut down. We happened to be in Franklin for a surgery, so as soon as I saw it on the map within two minutes of the medical center, I told my boyfriend we had to go. Fries were hot though really salty, and garlic burger was as delicious as I remember. I didn't like my shake, but that's on me. I was a little confused about what to do with our dishes, but it wasn't hard to figure out. Would be nice if they had someone to clean tables, but looks like they are really short staffed.

Food was good a little greasy but it is a cheeseburger... They do not except cash here and you have to place your order and wait on yourself

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. Modern technology has taken the place of employees. It was a adventure LOL The employees that were working was extremely nice Wheelchair accessibility: I notice things like that. Just in case.
