Steak 'n Shake

I ordered by Doordash delivery for Burgers, small fries and large diet coke. So I was trying out the free Doordash for a month but charged me anyways if I didn't complain. Anyways, burger was good but the SMALL FRIES ....PLEASE. ..IT'S HALF FULL. So, do you base on the size of the carton or the quantity???? I'm confused. Good thing I'm on a diet. Steak and Shake should be .....Steak and diet fries . You only get 10 pieces for small should be free because I can cook sweet potato fries very well. Never again. Soon it will be bye bye Steak and Shake. Closed!

Manager refused to serve Me. Said they had to prepare for hood cleaners coming later and i was here while they were open. Just wanted a burger. Glad I did not get service because the roaches were walking g all over the counter. Dodged that bullet

I've only dined in once, years ago, but every time I want a burger that reminds me of the classic, greasy, short order, drive-in back home. When I drive through SnS, and I'm rarily disappointed. I had to learn to remember not to get the regular fries though--garbage, yucky. Kid-friendliness: It's just a fast food joint, nothing weird. Kids will like the food.

You order at a kiosk and get your food from the counter when they call your name. There was an attendant in the dining room, but he was more interested in chatting with people than actually cleaning any tables. I miss the full service Steak n Shakes, but restaurants have to do what they can to survive. Good place for a quick bite of familiar SnS fare, but don’t expect much service, you have to do everything yourself.

They make you order via a kiosk and then have the audacity to ask you to leave a tip!

I love it here this is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I always get the garlic butter burger it's the best, the fries are great just right & the shakes are awesome. My kids love it also ❤️❤️
