Steak 'n Shake

There was mold on my sandwich!

kinda dirty in there, a weird vibe. they ALWAYS take forever and ALWAYS forget my cheese sauce… the burgers are good though

It's not what it used to be, I'm sorry but can't give a good review on Steak'n Shake. However I'm hoping that they improve their service and reach the level they had before the pandemic. It used to be a must go to place

Ordered from kiosk waited 20 min for food. Burger was not bad. But this location was dirty. The floor were sticky all over and there were straw, napkins all over the drink area.

Did a pickup here recently and they didn't have shakes, which felt weird but I get things can happen. The pickup line took so long I was afraid the person behind me was going to get mad at me, but frankly I was just waiting for the server to help me. Meal was meh, maybe it was an off day but it didn't make me want to go back.

Order took legit 20 minutes for burger and fries. Burger was alright, just lathered from head to toe in garlic sauce. Fries were soggy, and tasted freezer burned. Food quality low.
