Love me some steak and shake

Great burger, shoestring fries, and chocolate shake. Service was courteous and fast. Nostalgic atmosphere with upholstery needing updates.

Double check your coupons. I came in because it was my birthday and I had an email saying I get a free shake. I showed the waitress the coupon as we were ordering. She looked at it and said she will scan it at check out. We get done and go to pay and she said that they couldn't accept the coupon. She said it was because we hadn't paid before 2pm (it was 2:30pm) and now the computer won't accept it because it's happy hour. If she had mentioned that then I would have not ordered it or checked out sooner. Then she said that they usually don't accept them before 4pm. Again if she knew that she should have mentioned it when we talked about it as we were ordering. The food is yummy but this was a bit of a bummer.

Moving out of state and this was my last meal. Always love this food and superb shakes!

Walked in with several kids would no serve us because are smallest had a burgerking drink I was very offended
