Steak 'n Shake

My first time ever having a milkshake from Steak n Shake Delicious and perfect thickness and amount of cookie dough the staff was also very kind.

We arrived 30 min before closing and the dining room was closed, so we go through the drive through to order. The lady at the drive through line proceeded to say they were not taking orders except delivery. I asked what’s the difference if food is still being made? A rude man came across the microphone and said MAAM WE ARE CLOSED I AM THE “Manager”! I said but what’s the difference and they stayed silent! Wow what great customer service, pshh!

I come to the steak ‘n Shake pretty often when I get off work, and the service is always so phenomenal quick and delicious food. My car died in the drive-through and I really can’t remember the girls name but she was so nice to me to jump my car. She took my order and I had to jump my car and I just want to give her a shout out to her and her phenomenal service she deserves a raise.

Definitely not the Steak 'n Shake of the past. Food is still the same, but something is just different with a kiosk instead of servers.

The staff stopped taking orders more than 30 minutes before they were supposed to close! There was a man named “Marcus Jones” who claimed to be the manager. He most likely made up that name and made up that he was even the manager. So sad. Like why work a job that stays open until midnight if you don’t want to work at that time? The whole staff should just quit or be FIRED.

The worst service ever completely unorganized the most disgusting looking manager you have ever seen dirty hair, dirty clothes, dirty attitude don’t go there unless you wanna be sick
