I've been to this location 100 times at least.... The ordering system and the lineups are chaotic and disorganized. Even with nobody else in the store you'll stand in line and wait for the lady on the phone talking with her friend to get off the phone to help you. You used to be able to buy a pound of beef jerky but now they split it into 2 and doubled up the packaging which makes no sense to me considering we can't have plastic straws in the city. The parking lot is a absolutely chaotic. So they increased costs and increased packaging, while decreased service. I would recommend any deli and sausage house besides this one. Was only convenience and good pricing keeping me at this location the pricing has gone way up now, service has gone way down so last time visiting. Edit: to the person responsible for replying to reviews .... I'm a travel guide with hundreds of reviews of every kind of establishment.... My criticism of your establishment stands. Your reply is weak at best. If you came into my business and my employee was on the phone instead of helping you the last thing that I would do was to attack you. Shows your true colors. So any of the other people that see this review I hope you see the reply to my very thorough and accurate and honest review of this establishment. Good luck in future with coming recession. Terrible business practices and customer retention will cost you a lot of money if not your business. So now I change to 0 stars and I will be telling everyone I know everywhere that this place is terrible in every single way.

The parking lot is absolutely chaos. The way you pay for stuff at this place is ridiculous...so disorganized and chaotic. They increased how much plastic packaging and increased costs of the beef Jerky and others. Not sure what happened to this place. I give up I'll go somewhere where they appreciate my business.

The cheese crepes, or whatever they claim to be, are unfit for human consumption. Zero flavour, ZERO!!! The saurkraut perogies, even the dog turned her nose up. And the prices for these two particular items is just as disgusting as the items themselves. Stick to meats. It needs the attention.

I come here for the garlic headcheese and the chicken pimento loaf. Love these items, prices on some stuff is a bit high compared to other sausage houses but I love this family- owned business!

I lived in the Beverly & Rundle area for many years. I absolutely love ❤️ this establishment. Truly they have a family atmosphere very friendly, always helpful. Not only did we eat their amazing (food )sausages, etc. Our son's hockey team had the wonderful opportunity to have them involved for one of our team's fundraisers. #success Kid-friendliness: The staff were simply amazing! Thanks again for your kind kid-friendly and supporting a local team fundraisers..

Nothing beats a quality product, friendly people and fantastic service. It's definitely worth the drive from edmonton. I highly recommend checking them out if you haven't already. Keep up the great work everyone. I look forward to my next visit.
