I was having trouble with my starbucks app, and I was holding up the line I felt so bad, then the barista I think his name was Ryan, helped me out and figured out it was my cell service that was cutting out. I really appreciate him for helping me and going above and beyond, will return soon!
Placed an order through DoorDash and an error was made. Ordered iced latte and they made it hot. Called Starbucks and spoke with the manager who refused to help and told me that DoorDash has to fix it. Poor service and definitely buck passing. Telling all my friends not to go there
