Starbucks

Went in at around 1pm today. The girl who took my order was friendly. The older lady behind the counter making the drinks was a bit rude/rough.

Great service every time

I am at this location and doing some work stuff. I had a mobile order to Starbucks Dundas St. instead this location by mistake. While I was waiting for my order, I asked the one of the employee (Kaydance) if she could help with me order, and then we noticed that the order was made to other location. Without even saying any single word, she had offered me to prepare for me a sandwich and the coffee even, she has gone above and beyond, made a service to table where I sit. I do not know even know how to explain this feeling, she has just made my day, Kaydance is absolutely a GORGEOUS person!

they’re a little rude. Their drinks are mediocre. They don’t like to do too many customizations they’re supervisor. Raffi makes up for a lot of their flaws and his customer services is super but it’s touching go when you have a barista whether they’re going to make your drink correctly or not they’re very inconsistent, but I will say Emma makes a very good drink, but when you ask for somebody specific to make it if they’re Working at that time they still won’t just called in and spoke to Rachel. Well she did offer to remake them. She was short and hung up. You could see that she was annoyed This is the better Starbucks of the three in town Sidenote to the store manager, your customer service should be everything your drinks should be consistent. Your staff should be polite and kind at all times especially to customers who have thousands of stars a.k.a. regular customers people don’t pay $10 per drink to have bad experiences.

This is my favourite Starbucks location. The staff are always so friendly and great. My order is always made perfectly.

My favourite location! The employees are lovely and really make my day. It can get busy sometimes but it's a really great spot to get work done.
