Not only did Antonio mess my order up (a plain ice coffee) but his customer service skills were little to none (no greeting, no apology.. nothing). Its a shame the only drive thru in the area has been so horrible

I asked for caramel macchiato one day and it did not have any syrup or caramel flavor. I thought it was a mistake, so I left it alone. Next day I ordered pistachio latte and same thing, no flavor. It sucks because I want to like this place, but it’s really horrible. Service is rude at times, but depends on who you get.
They don’t know how to make the drinks, she ask me to remake it and she made it even worst, so never again.
Hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I’d rather drive out to the next nearest Starbucks because the drinks here are never made right
On 2/20/24, I went to the Whitestone location to review some work. The music volume was very loud, I politely requested a female staff member to "lower the volume a little." I was ignored. After a while, I still couldn't focus. I asked the drive-through girl, who came to the order counter, to "lower the volume a little." My request was ignored. For a third try, I again asked for a slight volume reduction, citing I couldn't concentrate. The guy, who claimed he was the "supervisor" said I was the only person who thought the music was loud. I replied I was only asking for a small sound reduction. He did not oblige. The staff were unbelievably in-your-face rude, unprofessional, and immature.
