Incredibly busy and the workers were HUSTLING back there. I watched a few customers give them attitude about time but they’re doing their best and they’re super nice if you are. Treat baristas like humans!! Five stars for the great coffee and hard working people
The employees at this location are rude and entitled. They don’t take Uber orders seriously and I’ve had 3 issues now specifically Uber orders. Then one of the people (I would assume a manager) called me back asking to explain my situation and then proceeded to hang up on me as I was speaking. I’m not sure why these workers think they are superior to their customers. Learn to take accountability. Poor hiring. I also come here every other day because for some reason they only listen to you when you spend money directly at the store, but I will no longer be spending my money here.

Brand New — but Staff and Management. Wanted to charge $4 for a Venti Ice Water & a LITERAL splash of lemonade. -($.60) while i still purchased 2 other drinks - they made a weird assumption of trying to “get over on the company from a TikTok craze” —the manager referenced this unnecessarily. Just Very condescending and unfriendly. I hope to take this higher honestly.
