Employees very rude and look ready to attack the customers.

I came to get few drinks for my coworker and me in the morning to start a day. I asked for a cup of ice and they said wait for a sec but that a sec took me like 20 mins straight. Is it that hard to scoop a pack of ice in a cup and give it to customer? Their attitude is very rude and not friendly at all. Shop was neither that crowded to make staffs upset face nor forced customer to wait for a long time just to get a cup of ice. My day was never ever came any worse :)

Worst service I've seen in a while Cela is very rude claims no venti cups are available but I clearly see them h will not return and definitely calling corporate.

WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff is so rude and have the meanest look on their faces. There’s a girl with the ugliest attitude and resting B face. She slams peoples drinks, instead of handing it to people and says Nothing to the customer. Someone asked for extra whipped cream on the side the other day and she just slammed it on the counter instead of handing it to the customer directly and it wasn’t even busy at the time. But regardless if it’s busy or not, that should not affect the customer service. I witnessed a situation this morning where a customer was complaining about that same employee slamming her drink. She spoke to the “supervisor” and the supervisor was very insensitive and handled the situation poorly. She made an excuse for the employee as to why she was slamming people’s drinks instead of trying to make things right with that customer. I feel the tension every time I walk into this store and this morning’s situation was the last straw for me. Starbucks is known for their great customer service and friendly and welcoming attitude. This store is making Starbucks look horrible.
