The day that I went staff was irritated. The girl couldn’t get my name right and got frustrated with me when I just nicely repeated it back a few times. I also asked twice if they had other cold foam options other than the original. I’m soft spoken but I was making eye contact with her and she just didn’t answer. They messed up my drink and I had to wait 4 mins for them to fix it, they didn’t even fix it -they poured a expresso shot on top which wouldn’t be a problem but I got cold foam. Which I had to stir that completely into the drink which didn’t allow me to have that first sip feeling. They were busy but Starbucks are normally like that. Slowly down and being kind to each other and staff might make the process more smooth. Would not recommend this location for those with sensory or communicative disorders or those having a rough time. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is crowded and the spot that is accessible is a moot point because it’s close to the drive thru which cuts most of it short.
My drink was made with so much hate .
I'm sorry. I know people are leaving positive reviews on this Star Bucks location, but my experience was absolutely horrible. I went through the drive-through, and the worker wasn't even paying attention to me. She kept laughing and didn't even say hi. She was rude overall and changed up the story. I think she has a skill issue at her job. I have been going to this Star Bucks for quite a while, and it pains me to say don't visit this Star Bucks location. There are better options. One star never coming back.
They are incredibly slow and don’t even fill the drinks up. It’s 75% ice 25% drink
Just popped in for a quick coffee. Very quick and efficient.
