Starbucks

We waited in line for 20 minutes at this location. The attendant was alone and chatting excessively with everyone ahead of us.

I’ve waited awhile. Waiting there patiently to be exact! For someone to be off break and I wasn’t happy about the experience nor did this person ever say I’ll be right with you shortly I’m still on break. Who was sitting in the lobby while I was in there. I find it very rude for not apologizing to the customer for the inconvenience. When the employee came back and took a longer break to be unexpected had the nerve to say they are closing early!!!

In general, the staff is friendly and listens but occasionally, you get that one employee who hates his/her job. I come to this Starbucks when I come to this Target as it's really convenient. Usually, my drink is made without issue. Tonight, being a Friday night around 545p had an employee who was less than enthused about her job. I ordered an iced gingerbread oatmilk chai latte and handed her my iced beverage drink cup. The employee heard gingerbread latte but made it hot in my iced cup. Luckily, I am not super allergic to dairy so I took a lactaid and kept it moving. Also, this location apparently does not give the $0.10 reusable cup discount even though they sell reusable cups. The discount is minimal but you get 25 stars for being eco-friendly and those stars add up. Although it's convenient, this interaction tonight and not giving the reusable cup discount tells me that I should drive to the east side of the lot to the standalone Starbucks.

Great coffee, friendly, helpful. Wheelchair accessibility: It's a tight space, can be done, but very tight when there is more people around.

Let’s face it, it’s a Starbucks, their coffee really is not that great and the service is pretentious. Not a super fan myself. They do make coffee decent when they want to
