It sucks that this location only has one staff member at a time. I waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks because they put a new hire by himself. Poor guy. Thankfully, someone from Kroger helped out.
Nobody in line, still took 5 minutes to take my order. Coffee was cold at 8:20am
Never been to a Starbucks that only has one staff member working at 9am on a weekday, but this one has only had one staff member working the last 2 times I've been here. It's honestly embarrassing that you would need to plan to spend 45 minutes waiting on any given morning (mind you with only 2 people in line) just to get a simple coffee. Unacceptable. Fix it.
Similar to what has already been posted, but it is ridiculous that they staff only one person at this location. The service , however, is quite good which is why I gave it 3 stars.
New barista messed up my order and made me late without taking into consideration what I asked and making things how “she likes it.” I threw my drink in the trash. Luckily it was a gift card and not my own money.
ZERO. Dirty and poor service.
Everything was amazing. The drink was good. Kamrun was very good and made the drink fast, In under a minute! Great manners & loved the energy!
Mrs KAMRUN was AWESOME. She was preparing to close, but she MADE our drink We had to drive here after leaving a different Kroger Starbucks at 7:30pm that said although they close at 8pm they stop serving to clean at 7:30pm. Horrible customer service on their part. Thanks KAMRUN for the great customer service!
