Starbucks

The seating area is incredibly dirty.Starbuck has the dirtiest seating area I have ever seen.Service is generally slow.Sitting inside is not pleasant!It should be cleaned immediately!

*Edited review- Since my one star review, I have continued to visit this Starbucks on a weekly basis and have had nothing but good experiences. This Starbucks has gone so far down hill. Every visit (3-4 times a week) we wait 20-30 minutes for a grande pike and a cold brew. Its insane. The school kids come every day and they are never staffed for it. 90% of the time I have to flag someone down to ask for my order. This location is terrible. *update- after 35 minutes I finally asked where my coffee is and they claim they made it and someone must have taken both of my drinks. I received a refund but that does not help with the close to 40 minutes that I stood in that Starbucks.

Deserving of a zero rating. Prime location with the worse incompetent employees. Its 6:30 in the morning and mistakes are everywhere. I was given a drink that could have killed me. That's why I order black coffee. How do you make epic mistakes so early??

One word: sucks.

Love going to this specific Starbucks in downtown Palm Beach, for the amazing service and good morning energy I find here. Mary is always welcoming and having small conversations with customers, super sweet.
