This place used to be a refuge for when I was taking a walk through the neighborhood. Since I met it in 2022, I was fascinated. The quality of its coffee and the atmosphere of the place were excellent. I am writing this review because I don't know why so much was lost in two years. I loved the chairs and tables inside the place. It was a warm space to read or simply relax. (Which I almost always did with my husband). Today It doesn't exist, the paintings were beautiful, not even a trace of them. The most important thing was the quality of the coffees and the food. I bought a caramel ribbon crunch on Saturday (my favorite) and this one didn't taste like anything, water and ice, this hurts because it was one of the few places that knew how to prepare it very well. But not anymore. I don't know if they don't train their staff, or if they don't follow the measures and do it as they want. Really a waste of time and money. I hope they change, and make their food beautiful and quality again so I can return to this place.
I want to thank Starbucks and their employees for their excellent service and making my Pomeranian “service dog” happy by giving him cream.
Expensive. I stopped going.
No chair. Don’t waste money. Take your home espresso-
No seating available at this location.
James was super helpful this morning when I messed up my own order. So kind and great personality. Keep up the good work James.
I ordered filter coffee with oat milk, they gave me just black coffee. They even can’t make the most basic order correctly. The store was not even crowded. They just don’t care. I paid more than it should be. Also I had to throw away my $5 because the coffee tasted like burnt charcoal juice
